By bus or car, without a tour
City buses run out towards Cu Chi, but not to the gates in one ride. The managing body’s own directions send you from Ben Thanh to the Cu Chi bus station and on by a second bus to Ben Duoc, or by three buses to Ben Dinh; they date from 2014, and no current route could be confirmed with the city’s bus authority when this page was checked, so check the route numbers in the city before you set out. A car with a driver is simpler. Either way you then pay the 135,000 VND entry for a foreign visitor at the gate (the entrance fee), and the site is open every day from 7 am to 5 pm.
